Experience

Christine joined Blazek & Vetterling in 2009. With over 30 years of experience, Christine provides expert guidance in audit and assurance, and financial consulting tailored to the unique needs of the nonprofit sector.

Her clients include religious organizations, private foundations, private schools, performing arts, membership organizations and social service agencies.

Passionate about helping nonprofits maximize their impact, Christine works closely with her clients to ensure regulatory compliance, optimize financial management, strengthen internal controls and financial statements that accurately tell their story.

In addition to client service, Christine leads the firm’s Community Engagement Committee, driving initiatives that strengthen relationships with local nonprofits and promote corporate social responsibility. She also leads our firms Audit Efficiency and Effectiveness Task Force, focusing on improving audit processes and delivering greater value to clients. As a member of the Technical Review Team, Christine ensures the highest standards of quality and compliance in audit and accounting practices.

Christine was previously the owner and operator of four school photography franchises. She also spent approximately four years with the Redstone Companies where her position included interim CFO with responsibilities for several of their affiliated entities and internal auditing responsibilities.

She began her accounting career at Deloitte & Touche, where she spent approximately twelve years and progressed to senior manager.
