Blazek & Vetterling first opened its doors in 1991 with a small team.  Over the years we’ve grown the firm to 75, and carved out a niche as nonprofit experts. While the firm’s roots are firmly planted in Houston, we provide services for more than 700 audit and tax clients throughout the state of Texas and other states. We’re proud to say we’ve earned a strong reputation as the go-to firm for tax-exempt entities in the Houston area.

Nonprofit Community Leadership & Service

Not only do we serve nonprofits in the community, but we’re active participants in providing education. We present on a wide variety of financial and management related topics for tax-exempt organizations. We also serve on the planning committee for the University of Texas School of Law - Nonprofit Organizations Institute, and are a founding firm of the AICPA’s annual Private Foundation Summit. In addition to providing professional accounting services to nonprofit organizations, we teach, write, and serve on boards of directors. We encourage our employees to volunteer with nonprofit organizations that are meaningful to them, and we organize a day of service annually in which our employees spend the day volunteering at one of our clients.
