Experience

Simran Kaur is an Audit Manager with more than eight years of Big Four experience serving public and multinational organizations in the United States and India. She has extensive experience in financial statement audits, financial reporting, internal controls, SOX 404, ICFR, and US GAAP.

Prior to joining the firm, Simran spent her career with EY, where she progressed through roles in India and the United States and led engagements for large, complex organizations. Throughout her career, she has partnered closely with finance and executive leadership teams to enhance reporting processes, strengthen governance, and address complex accounting matters. She is passionate about developing professionals, building strong client relationships, and delivering practical solutions that add value beyond the audit. She also has experience leveraging technology, automation, and AI-enabled analytics to improve audit quality and efficiency.

Simran is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), UK and is currently pursuing her U.S. CPA designation.
